SeniorSend has a simple four-step process to send out your emails, giving you the flexibility and ease you need to produce effective direct email marketing campaigns.

Email Lists

Create your email list online simply by adding names and addresses – or have Senior import it from an existing source. There’s no limit to the amount of contacts you can add, and you can organise your contacts into lists – allowing you to target your campaigns effectively.

You can create as many groups as you need, and each subscriber can belong to as many groups as required. Senior can also integrate your email list with existing subscription or order forms on your website – giving you fully automated mailing lists!

Template Selection

As part of the initial setup of SeniorSend, you receive one free email template designed by our design team at Senior to match your website’s look and feel. Senior can also provide as many custom-designed templates as you require, or you can create your own using the WYSIWYG editor!

Once you’ve chosen a template…

WYSIWYG Editor

The WYSIWYG is the heart of SeniorSend. If you’re familiar with word processing packages, you’ll immediately feel at home using this. Write your email, then, by using the toolbar, control how the text appears on the screen. Adapt the template to make it more eye-catching by adding colour, images, or tables, or, if you know HTML, edit it from scratch!

Now that you’ve created your email…

Merge & Send

With your email ready to go, you can now control:

• The subject for the email
• The “Sent From” name and email address
• The “Reply To” email address
• The automated unsubscribe system required by all anti-spam legislation

And before you send your email out to your clients, you can test it on yourself - the system will send a test copy of your newly created email, allowing you to review and edit it before sending out.

Once you're happy with the results, simply choose which contacts or which groups you want to send it to, and you're on your way!

Merge & Send

Sending the email alone is an invaluable marketing tool, but just think of the possibilities when you're able to track who has been reading them!

With the optional tracking service integrated into SeniorSend, you can do just that - track each individual mailshot by recipient and IP address, showing who opened them, who forwarded them, and more!
